How to Reach Us About Terms

Terms questions get answered by people, not by a form that disappears. Sign in and open the help desk inside your account: the agent can see your account number, your last wallet transaction and which clause you are asking about, so you are not made to repeat all of it. For a written record, mail support@taka71 with your account number in the subject line. If the question is about a bKash, Nagad or Rocket transfer, attach the transaction ID and a screenshot from the wallet app.

Help desk in your account Sign in, open the menu, tap Help. The agent sees your account number and recent wallet activity, so a terms question about a bKash or Nagad transfer gets answered in one thread.
Email the terms desk Write to support@taka71 from the address on your account. Put the clause name in the subject. We reply to the same address, so keep it active and check the spam folder.
Wallet disputes For a Rocket or Nagad transfer that did not land, send the transaction ID, the amount and a screenshot. We check it against the wallet statement before anything changes on your account.
DATA AND SECURITY

How We Handle Your Account Data

Your account data is the part of the terms we get asked about most, so here is how we actually handle it. Login runs on a one-time code sent to your phone, and a fresh device has to pass that step before the wallet opens. Cookies do one main job here: they keep your session alive so you are not typing a code again every time you switch from browser to app on the same handset. Account and payment records stay with us for the period these terms and local rules require, then they are removed.

Login and device checks

A one-time code goes to your registered number at each fresh login. If a device looks unfamiliar, we ask for the code again before the wallet or the lobby opens.

Cookies and session

Session cookies keep you signed in on your own phone. Clearing browser data logs you out, and you then need a new code. We do not use cookies to profile you on other sites.

How long records stay

Account and wallet records are kept for the period these terms and local rules require, which is why a closed account is not erased the same day. After that we remove them.

Changing your details

Ask the help desk to correct a name, mobile number or email. We verify the request against your account record and a one-time code before any change is saved.

Terms Questions You Send Us Most

Below are the terms questions that land in our inbox again and again — one account, wallet transfers, closing out and which rules govern the whole thing. If your case is not here, the help desk inside your account is the faster route, because the agent can read your record while you are both looking at it.

Yes. One account covers every device you sign in from, from a handset on a Dhaka commute to a home computer. The one-time code step is the same, and so are the wallet rules.

No. One account per person, with your own number and your own bKash, Nagad or Rocket wallet. If we find duplicates, we close the extra ones and the balance is handled under the terms.

Send the transaction ID to the help desk. We match it against the wallet statement, then either credit the amount or return it — whichever the statement shows as correct.

Request closure from the help desk. Settle or withdraw the balance first, because a closed account cannot hold funds. Records stay with us for the period the terms require.

It depends on your local law and eligible regions. We do not claim one governing authority for every country. Where our service is not permitted, the terms give you no right to use it.

Yes, when a wallet rule or a verification step changes. We post the new wording on this page above the date. Using the account after that means the updated text applies to you.
